Erida Kola is an interdisciplinary artist working with drawing , small scale sculpture and spatial practice , with a background in architecture. The work sort of unfolds within the self-constructed theatre of the absurd , where she tries navigating the tension between meaning and meaninglessness as  a conceptual framework within the lived condition.  Being that there is an ongoing attempt to make sense out of nonsense ; the work often dwells in the in-between. This vagueness is also treated as a source , in a way. Kola constructs a body of work operating under the evolving framework of her studio cleoidus , that is both somewhat intimate and conceptual , this also being a continuum into the unstable nature  of  contemporary existence.
