By placing an order through cleoidus, you agree to the terms below:
Orders
Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to help before the order is processed or shipped.
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
Prints & Original Works
I do my best to represent every artwork as accurately as possible. Please keep in mind that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and, in the case of prints, the printing process and paper.
Dimensions, materials, edition details and other relevant information are listed on each individual product page.
Shipping
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and occasional delays may happen, particularly with international orders or customs. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Every order should arrive to you safely and as intended. If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me at cleoidus@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. I’ll review the issue and work with you to find the appropriate solution.
Copyright
All artwork, drawings, photographs, text and other creative material displayed on cleoidus are the intellectual property of Erida Kola / cleoidus, unless otherwise stated. Purchasing an original artwork or print gives you ownership of that physical piece, but copyright remains with the artist. Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, resold as reproductions, used commercially, used on products, or otherwise distributed without prior written permission. For licensing, editorial use or collaborations, please get in touch via email only.

Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. I will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Original Artworks
Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original artworks, I generally cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the artwork arrives damaged or there has been an error with your order.
Prints
Prints are produced individually through a print-on-demand process. If your print arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Returns or exchanges for reasons such as selecting the wrong size or providing incorrect order information may not be accepted (unless you let me know within the first hours of your order) , so please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds
Once a refund has been approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please contact me before returning any item. Items returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.
